2026 Red Bug Lake Park - Spring Flag Football

Our Youth Flag program is designed to teach student athletes the different elements of the game of Flag Football. At each step of the way, the objective is to teach them life skills while learning the game of Flag Football.

We introduce different elements at each age group as to not overwhelm our student athletes with too much information about the game of football at any one level.

Practice is one night a week with games on Saturdays unless we are in playoffs or have rainouts.

Only the U7 division practice and plays Saturday mornings.
